This is a solid bronze statue of the Greek God Pan, (or Satyr the Fertility God) , standing about 6" tall. Satyr or Pan the Greek God, was depicted as a horned wild man with the legs and tail of a goat (usually with his genitals exposed, since he was the god of fertility, after all). Pan and his band of Satyrs were known for their love of wine and earthly pleasures, and they traveled the countryside causing mischief and mayhem with their rowdy parties - makes a very interesting conversation piece! This is not an exact copy. The original is exhibited in the archaeological museum of Athens Greece.
